RPM's I been noticing that when I take off in 1st gear my rpms won't let me hit 5000. I barely hit 4000 and it seems like if its being forced to go any further. I'm not sure why but I just got a complete rebuilt on the tranny & new clutch. It was doing the same thing even before I took it in. I don't think this is normal. What do you guys think?

Pretty much I am flooring it on first gear and it seems to be forcing itself to hit high rpm 4000 & up. When I see vids of their gauges while racing the rpms seem smooth once at higher rpms. My cars feels like it's being forced to go once I hit 4000 and above. Don't know how else to explain
