Throwout bearing, Help please

Throwout bearing, Help please Just installed new clutch with new pilot and throwout bearing. The throw out bearing seems to go in one way, by lineing up detent push and turn.
Question is there is a spring that keeps force on the bearing toward the clutch, and when i look in the hydraulic line hole it looks like the bearing is in contact with the clutch (no hydraulic pressure). Is this normal? I'm used to mechanical clutches that do not touch the clutch till pedal is depress slightly. Thx
