Creaky clutch
Creaky clutch My clutch suddenly starting creaking, near the top when I'm letting it out. Very annoying and maybe a sign of worse problems? Is this a common problem? Anything obvious for me to check?

Ya know I have the same problem, BUT one thing I got different is, My clutch is going out. It chatters taking off, and slips in everyother gear.
I went online a prced a new clutch from Gm Perfomance(A sponsor) 428 shipped to my door with new flywheel......

That is the LS6 Clutch and fly wheel I was talking about.
Just one other thing, it may just be coincidence, but my clutch creaking didnt start until AFTER I installed my shifter.....But I am thinking that was just time for my clutch to go, it has over 60k on it.

Mine started doing that right before the return spring on the pedal assembly FLEW off. Worth a look.
