i had a shop pull my trans, clutch, and hydrolics, the car sat at their shop for a week while it was geting rebuilt.
they reinstalled the pilot bearing, flywheel, clutch disk, pressure plate, master and slave, along with polyurathane trans and tq arm mount for 500

I paid $750 for my clutch and flywheel install. Its a lot of work on a 4th gen.
Good luck finding a shop around DC to do it for $250. Maybe in the midwest for $250, but not here.
Get a new TO bearing. I replaced my clutch around 35k miles and the TO bearing failed, which made my clutch start slipping. My clutch would have lasted a lot longer if the TO hadn't failed.
If you can't find a place you trust to swap everything out, PM me and maybe we could work out a trade.
