Default Old Clutch Fluid Problems?

Had a new HD clutch put in and the clutch fluid was never changed. 90,000mi, black disgusting fluid. The clutch pedal felt hard and very good the first couple days but as time went on, the pedal got softer/ mushier, and it keeps getting worse. Now it is hard to put into gear/ even harder the more you drive. Blocks me out of gears at high rpm and even low rpms sometimes.
My guess is that it is the clutch fluid, I'm am definitely bleeding it asap, but I want to make sure this a fluid related problem? I know the pedal getting mushy is probably a clutch fluid problem but blocking me out of gears sometimes?? Is this my problem?

Nobody here can answer this? A simple yes or no to this would do.

It could be blocking you out of gears because their is not enough pressure in the hydraulic system to fully disengage the clutch, this would come from air in the lines or other contaminates because air is compressible fluid is not. I would say your on the right track of changing fluid and re-bleeding but their are no guarantees.
