Installing new clutch. Question, I picked up ls7 clutch the PP and flywheel. Now I am looking for someone to install it and I am having a bitch of a time trying to find someone who will do it for me... I always get... "Our insurance is gay and will not cover it please forgive us!" Anyways my point is.. should I keep looking for someone or should I give it a shot myself and if so where do I need to go to learn how to do that. Also wheres a good site to check and see how to remove an EGR if anyone knows please let me know. I tried looking at LS1howto.com but I can't find it. Anyways thanks for help guys. Peace.
You're going to a shop and they wont install a clutch because of insurance? WTF is that about, thats a first to me.
If you have some knowledge of cars, you should be able to install the clutch yourself, its just gonna take a while.
