Default Time to replace clutch...again?

I replaced the clutch, flywheel the whole deal in my Z at 77k and now it seems as if i will need to do it again. The first symptom was the pedal sticking to the floor and i mean i had to pull it off the floor pump it a few times and then it seem to start working "properly", then i noticed the release point was very inconsistent. Next, gears will grind when shifting with the pedal all the way on the floor, then i noticed that the hydraulic fluid is black slightly clumpy and smells burned. Today seemed to sound a little noisy and chattery. Any input would be very beneficial. The car now has 116k and all the replacements were stock. If i need to replace what brands are reccommended? I've never been to the track but that doesn't mean i won't go in the future. I am prone to aggressive driving but rarely see rpm's over 4k. Thnx.
