Default Sorry, another question about trans. mount

I have put the E.S. mount on before but the noise was too annoying (but I liked how it felt). My stocker allows too much movement and want to change it out. What is the remedy? Leave the load plate off/grind off the bumps...? Thanks in advance.

I've had good luck leaving the load plate off...

I never tried running without that plate, but most people say going without it will significantly reduce, or even completely get rid of the extra vibrations the ES mount causes. That's what I'd recommend.
