Broke My Spec!! I got my spec stage 2 in december ad so far i had put in about 15k-20k mi on the damn thing b4 it just broke...the oem clutch i had b4 i completely jus broke the clutch disc in half... thats why i stepped up to the stage 2, but today when we dropped the tranny 3 of the springs on my spec were broken... has n e one else had a problem with these? but ever since i put that clutch in it never felt right, when shifting to reverse it felt as if i were shaking my car apartand i was never able to even chirp 2nd when b4 i was able to chirp third!! i want something that'll b strong but still b able to use as a dd in stop n go traffic.... any recomendations?
i had a spec 3 and a few of the springs came out just like yours...i went with the LS7 clutch and LS2 flywheel...great for a DD and traffic...holds a decent amount of power too!

could i use an ls7 clutch on an lt1? i wood go with a stage 3+ but my t56 is due for a rebuild right now and im scared that if i put that heavy of a clutch in there i might snap sumpin in my tranny...
oh i didn't realize you had an LT1....i honestly don't know much about the LT1 cars, but a friend of mine was saying that they have a different clutch/slave setup or something....someone who knows chime in, but i don't believe you can use it??.... im not 100% sure though
