ws6 store short stick Just a quick question before I buy the WS6 store short shifter. I searched and didnt see a definite answer. Will the short stick fit on my non-hurst factory shifter with the black ball ****?
Yep.
Your stock stick is held on to the actual shifter base by (2) bolts. Just remove your shift boot & take a look. Its a very easy install. Shouldn't take more than 5 min.

The hurst **** is very easy to remove. Just twist it counter clockwise. It is locktited on to keep it from losening under use/vibration. So just twist it hard and it will break the locktite loose and then it is super easy to turn. Don't worry about breaking it, it's actualyl quite strong.
