Default help.....need ram shim advice

i got a ram vds clutch with a new ram 910 disk, turned flywheel and old pressure plate(maybe 10k miles)

i got everything in the car and just shimmed the clutch with one shim.

clutch is real hard to push in and when i have the clutch pushed in and put it in gear the car roll's a little.like its inguaging.

i also cant get it into reverse.

im gonna pull everything apart and reshim.

what shims can i use?
do i have to use ram only?
what size?
how many shims should i use for street?
should i shim the slave cylinder?

everything was working fine in the car it came out of.
