shifting problem

just put in a new spec 3 + about a year ago with new slave, drove it about 1,000 miles for break in. it shifted fine and got no chatter. i went to the track, on the 4th run i missed 3 rd and grinded it hard. now every time i try to shift in all gears its grindy and hard to put in gear, also if i turn the car on and leave it in nuteral (not moving) it shifts fine.
what do u guys think it may be before i take the tranny out..

Is it just grinding 3rd? A little better clue would help. If all gears grind it is prolly your clutch .If just 3rd, there are many posts on that issue and the fix.
