Question about spec stage 3 plus chatter

Question about spec stage 3 plus chatter hey guys i have a 02 ws6 that i am all done building my 455 cu ls1 for. i put a spec stage 3 plus clutch in with the spec aluminum flywheel. I started the car yesterday and put about 50 miles on it. i notice the clutch did have a bunch of chatter to it when starting out. Has anyone else expierenced it? I have heard that once it is broken in it will go away, but i just want to make sure. Thanks for the help

Oh yeah, you will find a lot of that from the spec 3. I have one but, with a resurfaced flywheel. I had a hard time getting it into gear when I first installed it. After 50 miles or so I could get it in reverse and first with no problem but, the chatter never went away. It increases/decreases with change in temp/humidity. It has been beaten to death by many track passes, burnouts and the street but, I've learned how to feather the clutch. Not good for needle bearing and it's going out soon I can feel it getting worse!!! I'd look at Tex or Mcleod

ok i hope mine goes away, i had a spec stage 2 before this and loved it, never had any chatter and held like a son of a gun. hopefully this one will smooth out
