Can you go through the gears while the car is not running? If so, then it still sounds like hydraulics, at least that what I've been told. You may want to try a mityvac with 10-15 psi only. I had a totally dry system develop some decent pedal feel in about an hour using the mityvac - just don't pump too high or bad things could happen.

yea i can go through the gears when the cars off. an when i had the car on jack stands i ran through them all once an everything seemed ok. one thing i did noticed. before i swapped slaves. with the car off i could go into nuetral all the way to the left. and all the way to the right. now i can only go to the left. an when i try going to the right i have to use my knee to push it to reverse. i tryed the mighty vac for alil i got a couple bubbles. then i noticed i forgot to do the drill mod so i took the line off an did that. an im gonna put it back on right now. hopefully that will make a diference. now with the mityvac. i hold it at bout 12psi. an have someone slowly push the pedal up an down correct?

The mitvac method did not work as well for me (the GTO reservior is different and makes it hard to do), so I gravity bled it 6 or 7 times (took about 20-30 minutes) and it worked wonders.

Is your pedal firm at all, or really limp/spongy?

Cmon bro! Tell me you tried to sleep the gears like I said...lol. Im telling you, try sleeping the gears and see if you dont get some pressure built in those lines. (Sleeping gears = starting the car and driving it even though you don't have the clutch pressure but using the clutch in between gears as if you do). I had this issue and after 1000 or so feet of sleeping them, cha ching full clutch pedal.

the pedal got hard after i installed the new master after about 15 pumps. but still wont go into gear. iv been bleeding it forever. i can hear the slave wokring inside. once its builds pressure i can hear the spring moving. theres about 2inches of play in it. when i start it it gets softer then when its off

i tryed the sleeper b4 i did the master it didnt work. then i did the master and i cant even start the car in gear. as soon as i crank the car stars rolling fast forward an wont start. im so ******* confused. idk wut to do?

i also noticed when i did the slave swap.. that a couple of the teeth on the pressre plater were bent down and back up.. they were all the same bends and everything i didnt think much of it bcuz they all looked in place like they were meant to be there? any advice on that/ an or what i should do next?

Ouch. You may need to get someone to look at it. I have also heard of busted hyrdaulic lines but wow...this appears to be even worse than mine. As for the flywheel, if your starter isn't dragging or getting hung on those teeth I wouldn't worry about it to much.

As far as the pressure plate teeth shape, I think the stock design has several uniform bends in them - at least mine did. I didn't see any that were out of shape when compared to the others.

I don't know man....if your using a new master and slave, there shouldn't be any chunks with low psi on the mityvac (15psi). Are you using standard dot 3 brake fluid?

got the car back, found out the cause of the problem was a bad pilot bearing. goes into gear good now, just needs a little more bleeding.
