I want to tap my C6 **** to screw on my WS6store.com stick. What specifications should I tell the local hardware store to get the right rethreading socket thingy for our sticks?

Not thread hyjacking, just need a quick answer. Such a small question is not worth making a new thread.

Thanks!!

**By the way I love the feel of the C6 ******

Machined my own from billet along with the hand brake grip. I machined it to lengthen the gear stick a bit. My shifter setup is already short throw so I thought I'd make it longer to make for a shorter reach from the steering wheel.

It looks ugly and industrial which is what I wanted but it's surprisingly comfortable. You grip it pistol grip rather than putting your hand on the top. I reckon this grip gives very good control when going 2nd-3rd.

Still working on paint and carpet

Cheers

Michael

But, how did you get it to line up right? Tried both on my stock shifter and on my Lou's Short Stick Pro 5.0 and on both it turns about 90* too far.

Steve; ALL of the sparcos use that three allen key against the handle type locking system, NOT threading, hence they are "universal fit". Although mine did have soft plastic material near the top of the **** that I was able to "tap" with the Pro 5.0 handle so it was on straight before locking the allen keys down.
