Default clutch problems

I need some help and this seems to be the place to ask the experts. I have an 01 ws6 6spd. When I am turning high rpms and really getting on the gas, the clutch loses pressure. I have 91k on the stock clutch. Heres my question. Do I need a new master or slave cylinder? I am online now shopping for a new clutch till i started reading some threads about other peoples clutch problems. The clutches in these cars seem to go out about the time mine is acting up. I want to buy a new clutch for good measure and something that will handle full bolt on setup. I just dont want to buy one and then burn it up or still have the same problem I am having now. I doesnt seem to slip, just lose pressure, I have to pump it a couple of times. I am honest, I dont know sh*t about clutches. What should I get? Will I need a new flywheel with a new clutch? There is also this god awful burning smell when all this is happening. From what I read on Ls1.com, it seems to be the slave cylinder. Some one help!!!
