fixed my issue
and still getting that grind. its like the synchros arent meshing up right or something. if i move the shifter slowly into the gear slots, or leave it 1/2 way in the slot it grinds. i can stay in gear, and everything. its that the clutch doesnt disengage all the way, and the input shaft still spins. the clutch doesnt wind down, something keeps spinning the input shaft.
synchros are great still.
