Default Throw out bearing issues

Now that my third new spec carbon clutch has finally broken in, I develop a new noise/vibration coming from the trans. When I shift out of any gear, as soon as I disengage the clutch(depress pedal) I get a severe rattling and accompanying vibration. This rattling continues until I engage the clutch in the next gear. If I am up in the Rev's, and disengage the clutch, I get a Screech like something is caught between the pressure plate and the flywheel. If the clutch is engaged, no noise. I can be in nuetral with the clutch engaged and rev away without incident. There is minimal vibration in the drivetrain, nothing I would consider abnormal for a Car with 80,000 miles. Thoughts?
