Hello, i was coasting to a stop and my car was in 4th gear, when i was stopped, when i went to shift into first it wsa like it was stuck in 4th gear, i had to slap it up to get it out. then when i grove on i put it 4th gear and it did it again but not as bad. then i tried to mess with it a few more times and it was perfect???? there was no grinding or anything. and it shifts into 4th fine. it was weird. do yuo guys have anyidea what i could be. i did have my adj tq arm put in today, but i don't think that would do anything would it? thanks guys.

 

if its just 4th gear it is most likely a worn 3/4 fork. It allows the struts to over-extend an stick in 4th. The fix is an iron 3/4 shift fork.
