Clutch info....???

Next to last response talked about the RAM Clutch:
Part #s RAM-402 (Pressure Plate) and RAM-6130 (Clutch Disk)
I looked at Summit, the Diaphragm is an 11", 3,000 lb and the disc is 11" x 1 5/32" -26 spline.
Also, on Summit, there was a Centerforce Clutch:
Part # CTF-DF017010 that is supposed to fit LS1s but its demissions are 11" diameter,1 1/8" 26 spline .
What is the size of the input shaft? Am I thinking correctly saying that any pressure plate and disk that have that has either of these demissions will fit an LS1?
Thanks
Chris

With this kind of clutch, do I need a flywheel or is it built into the unit? Any idea if it would work with the 2001 slave cylinder?
I'm building a road car and want the lightest weight setup I can get. If I use a "standard" style clutch, I will install an aluminum flywheel.
that drag clutch will definitely not work in your second post..
lastly.. dont get an aluminum flywheel.. it will hurt more than it helps.
