Textralia OZ700 is in. Thanks to Don at Dez Racing in Seakonk, MA for doing a fine job on the installation, and for doing it for a reasonable price. He sure as heck made the job look easy!
The clutch set up features Textralia's 18 lb steel billet flywheel and Z grip friction plate. A new pilot bearing and slave went in with the new clutch.
The car shifts like butter, pedal effort is ever so slightly greater than stock. It engages at mid travel, perfect. There's a little bit of chatter while taking up drive, maybe it will smooth out once it breaks in and I get a better feel for it. No biggie if it stays this way, it's not bad at all. The clutch is silent. We'll see how it holds once it's broken in.
