help pick parts. . well heres my story .. 02 trans am stuck in 4th gear. . so heres what i need help with. . i want to rebuild. . but not sure what parts im going to need. .and where to get them . . .
i plan on going fi sumtime this year. . so i know my tranny is ganna have to be built. . but im not going to make big power till late next year so theres time to wait to go big on a build for my tranny plan on changing everything but i need it running rite now. . jsut to hold at most 600 hp so what do u guys recomend. .

Alot of times you wont know exactly what you need till you tear down the trans & inspect it.
Your gonna need a blocker ring kit,slider keys, shift fork pads & a steel 3/4 fork if it dont have it at the very least.
But there are alot of upgradable componets as well. Are you gonna have it rebuilt or done yourself?
I's suggest T-56 rebuilds/ six speeds inc in the sponsors list give them as call >>>
