Stiff Reverse

Ive had a new m6 for a few mths and the other day I went to put in reverse and it took 2 hands two force it over. I has no effect on the rest of the gears. No noise is coming from it. ?!

check your eng sen fuse, its under the hood..

Your reverse lockout system is not functioning properly, its either the fuse, the noid, or the wiring.

This would also happen if you did the reverse shift with the key off.

Check the ENG SENS fuse that is located in the fuseblock under the hood.
