Default GM master cyclinder or Mcleod adjustable?

Well i finally got my firewall crack welded up and now i have to buy a new master cyclinder and i cant decide which one to get. The only reason why i am thinking about getting the Mcleod is because of the trouble i had with the firewall. I am thinking that the Mcleod will not put anything in a bind since its adjustable so therefore there will be no strain on my firewall where i had it welded. What master cyclinder do the high horsepower guys run? Do you guys think the Mcleod is worth the money?

Default

Get another stocker & modify it to be adjustable.
All the other non-McLeod's are just that a stocker converted.
That would be my suggestion.
