Default No 2nd gear, Please Help

So I got my mail order tune back from Thunder today. Let it warm up a couple of times then took it out for a ride. First time I got into it, I took it up to about 6500 and went for second, sounded like I missed it. Kept trying to get it in and even tho the shifter would go into place, no second gear. There is no grinding or noise of any kind. Over the winter I put in a new 2-3 slider and billet keys and a PRO 5.0, (it's does not appear to be the stops). The few times I have driven it it shifted better than it ever has.

Anyone have any idea what is going on? I tried to search but it kept timing out...

Thanks

If it goes in the 2nd gear gate fully but no engagement then its trans removal time

Your gonna have to pull it apart & see what you broke cause it is internal.

Yep it goes all the way. Pulled the shifter just to check that end. Looks like it's coming out, again...

Same thing happened to me. It was the engagement teeth on second gear where the synchro sleeve slides over the gear, all the teeth were broke off.

That's what it is. Just took it apart - No teeth left on the synchro side of second.
