What do you think?
I have a used Spec 3 with some use left in it.. maybe 5K miles maybe more.
Should I swap it in and use it up?
or
Buy a new disc for it either Stg. 3 or 3+ (I can get the discs alone for about $210 shipped for the Stg. 3 and about $280 for the Stg. 3+)
or
Just buy an entire new clutch set up? between $360 and 510....
Suggestions..?? Besides don't buy Spec....

Well I guesstimate 5K whereas I have a lot more power now and will be using slicks vs. street tires and DRs!
The stg. 3 disc new is .310" the disc I have measures .300" so I have about 1/3rd of the life left...
I am trying to decide which is the best way to go.. an entire new set-up would be great, but if I can utilize what I have why not save a few bucks. If it means dropping the trans a few times, well it's nothing I haven't done before..
3+, 4 or 5.... is the question! or another brand perhaps!
) just incase stuff does break at the track...I want good streetability but a tough clutch in general, which the Stg. 5 is no doubt..... but how good are the street manners? On and Off switch and I don't mind the squeal, I have this constant whine all the time ya know!
