Is this to much wear, should I go ahead and replace them while I have it apart?

Have you downloaded the service manual?

I would replace that 2nd speed gear, the 3rd is a little out of focus for me, but it might be savable. l
read the section in the manual about speed gear clutch teeth inspection & dressing.
