Shifter bushings/spring?
Shifter bushings/spring? Sorry if this is a repost, but the search function never works here for me.
I just got done with the rebuild of my t56 and everything is butter smooth (replaced broken 3-4 slider keys), but for some reason the shift lever does not spring back between the 3-4 shift position after coming 1-2. Basically it doesn't pop back over like it does from the 5-6 spot.
I replaced the shifter bushing with a new one and I believe it just slides into place, did I miss something when installing this?
