Heavy or lightweight flywheel?

Heavy or lightweight flywheel? I have a big cammed full bolton ls1. Expecting to do a 100 shot of nitrous as well.
I do a lot of street driving in the summer and some track time.
What do you suggest?

I would go light but if you are not a fast shifter yourself then go with somethingwitha little more weight . Of course the lighter one will free up more power but will slow down quicker dropping revs in shifts and vice versa as the more heavy will spin longer between shifts .
In the end I would go with the lightest one . Though there arebenefits with slightly heavier ones when compared to the 22+ pound stocker .
