Adding a bleeder ext. hose?

Adding a bleeder ext. hose? Does anyone know what the threads are for the bleeder fitting, I've seen these remote clutch bleeder extensions for sale somewhere. Couldn't I just remove the bleeder fitting and install a fitting to a high pressure hose with a bleeder fitting on the end to allow for easy clutch bleeding?
