Default Throw out bearing question

Well i just did a 6 speed swap and ls7 clutch, the car has been started several times, and was drove two times about 1/4 of a mile each trip, well i start the car up to move it today and it sounds liek the throw out bearing is bad and its brand new. anyone have this problem before? i wish someone could tell me that it will go away as it breaks in but i dont think thats goin to happen!

What noises is it making, and when does it do it? Engagement? Fast, slow? Is it rpm dependent?

when it is really noticeable is when the clutch is in and the engine is reved up its fine but when the rpms come down you can hear it, and to top it off it did not do it today? maybe its something else but i realy have no idea

If the pedal is pushed and it makes noise, your TO bearing is not the problem.

pilot bearing in good shape? was it the needle bearing type? mine was squealing off & on, could hear it especially when motor revving down to idle coming to a stop.
