T56 is field stripped...broke the keys on the 3-4 assembly.

Common Problem. I would say 98% of the ones we tear down have the keys broken. Good luck on your rebuild.

I already ordered my steel 3-4 fork from sixspeedsinc and I am pretty sure I am going to order the 3-4 Slider Assembly from you too. Can you tell me anything more about it other than what is on the website? Also, it doesn't include the blocker ring and I don't want to order all 6...do you sell them individually?

Yes you can get just the ones you need. The only negative is you will have 1-2 carbon blockers and the rest would be stock. What other info did you need on the slider. It is just the slider assembly with stock keys and springs. No other one is offered for the t56.

It just seems that the 3-4 slider assembly is a really good price compared to the GM assembly. Also, what negative would there be to having just a 3-4 carbon fiber blocker ring and the rest stock?

Nearly ever tranny I've had apart has had broken/melted fork pads, they are teflon, so imagine a 1/8th of an inch plastic piece with reasonable force being pushed and pulled in 100°+ oil. They are JUNK and a **** poor design. The bronze pieces are very nice, and well worth the money. The don't bend flex and break like the plastic(teflon) pieces.
