Synchro's or clutch ???

Synchro's or clutch ??? peddal started sticking during high rpm shifts so I did the drill mod and it didn't help. Now I have no 4th - well mostly not there - every now and then I can get it into 4th but usually grinds. Are my syncro's gone???
both clutch & trans sound like they have problems
