Best short shifter?
Best short shifter? I hate my ripper shifter, it came with the car when I bought it and I hate everything about it. I want a nice short shifter that leans towards the driver and has good, quick shifts. and if you have pictures please post them. Thanks
Hurst with a short stick. Only way to go. I had a pro 5.0 and I hated it. I swapped out for the hurst. Went on ebay and bought a short stick off a guy who makes them it comes with a spacer that lets it sit right in the middle closer to the driver.... best shifter ever now. Also you could use a Hurst shifter with the pro 5.0 stick if you want it to lean more toward the driver. (I have an extra I can sell you for cheap let me know).
i need a hurst then. I was thinking of buying one, wish the car still had it rather then that damn B&M, I drove a couple of my friends SS's with the Hurst and it feels nice and smooth
i have stock hurst in mine, i put on a short stick and it felt to notchy, so i put the stock handle back on so its smooth again.
i dont want to buy anything else and not be happy with it cause i hate the notchy feel
