Default My thoughts on Textralia...

What is it the oz700 I think? A buddy of mine bought one with the flywheel from WS6store.com, got it in 3 days. That's a testament to how awesome the WS6store is, but back to the clutch.

He had it installed at his dealership on his 02 bolt-on, 3.73, and 100shot SS. The installer was totally blown away by the clutch. Said he had never seen a clutch as nice or as awesome looking. He let me drive it around a bit after the install and I must say the feel is identical to stock. Same engagement point, same feel, same everything. But when you get on it, it feels like the pressure on the clutch plate and flywheel just increases. You feel as if your foot is one with the rearend powerwise. A blip on the throttle and you're gone. It grabs and holds that nice!

My buddy, James, wasn't much for the break in period, he just said **** it and went to the track with his slicks. He ran solid times recently all day long on the spray and had a new best NA time on a 4500 dump. His stock clutch wasn't bad, but just glazed from all the power he was putting down and he couldn't hold it down. Something like 460 and 510. Even with track passes on the spray, daily driving, and fairly long interstate cruises he sais it's all broken in, the chatter is gone, and he absolutely loves it.

This is the clutch I'm going with and just thought I would give a little input on this section. Something a little better than when people ask, "What clutch should I get?" and some asshat just replies with "Textralia". I hate that ****!

It will be awhile before I buy it because I'm going to Iraq in 6 weeks, but I'll be interested to see how it holds up for him.

IMHO, Textralia is the clutch to get, WS6store is the place to get it.

I've had mine since March of 06, it's still kicking *** and holding the power with 20K+ miles. I would recommend it to anyone.
