Default T56 fluids
How much and what brand are you other guys putting in you tranny, correct me if Im wrong but i believe its 5 quarts

I believe it calls for 4.6 qts but mine didn't take that much.

I used Dextron III. Car shifts fine and the fluid that came out(original) was clean also.

Same here. I might switch out to the Penzoil Synchromesh just to try it. (from the regular generic ATF Dexron 3)
