g-force stuff really that bad???
g-force stuff really that bad??? i've been hearing some things on hear recently about g-force transmission parts, namely the gear sets, being garbage and having a tendency to pull the wet tissue paper act in high power situations. problem is this...i'm going to be putting in a 427 in a little while and i'm shooting for about 550-600 rwhp - no big deal - BUT, i plan on throwing on twin turbos in a few more years and i need a trans that can stand up to 900 rwhp...so far the only unit advertising at that power level is g-force. since i'm getting the motor work, trany swap (auto to m6) and rear swapped at the same time, i'd like to put in a trans that can handle the power of my final product when all of the other work gets done instead of having to upgrade to yet another m6 when i add the turbos...

long story made short, i need to put a g-force trans in my car eventually and, for the above reasons, i'd like to do it soon...so...are they really as bad as i've been hearing???

There are always two sides to every story . I've had issues with G force gears before as well but not 100% certain about the cause of failure in the units . They were T5's not T56 units though .
