clutch problem

clutch problem Driving to work this morning, I got off the freeway and stopped at a signal light. Clutch felt a little mushy and seemed to disengage closer to the floor. Next light, worse. Third light, clutch began letting out right off the floor and was fully engaged in about 2 inches. This car has less than 3000 miles on it! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Mad]" src="gr_images/icons/mad.gif" />
I have not had it to the track yet and have never powershifted it or dumped the clutch. What is up with this? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
I want to take it to the dealer today, but is it safe to drive this way? I have read some of the nightmares of locked transmissions, etc. and do not want to do any harm. Also, I have the !CAGS. Do I need to remove this before taking it to the dealer? TIA
