Default question after ls7 install

I had a stock clutch pp and flywhee. I never noticed slipping. Now that my clutch has changed it seems slower to rev. Is this due to the ls2 flywheel? is it just that it is actually gripping at high rpms and wasn't before? I have a cam and 4:10 gears. I also replaced the blockers and fork pads while I was in it.

The LS2 flywheel has more mass to it. Hence it will take a little more to rev it up. And it will stay spinning longer between shifts as well. I noticed a slight difference in mine, but got used to it pretty quickly. Chirps 2nd & 3rd gears no problem now.

Agreed. You'll be fine just get some more time behind the wheel with it. I love mine even now after the H/C swap it'll break em' loose into 4th if I stay in it on the street.
