Vibration in 4th gear?
i'm not sure, but i have a similar issue....except it's not at high RPM's.....it will have a bit of vibration between 43mph - 47mph, but anywhere above or below those speeds, it's smooth as silk.
i'm on the stock clutch (at least i'm assuming it's stock....don't know if the previous owner swapped it or not)

Anytime you have a vibration thats RPM related , its an issue with the engine , motor mount or clutch area . If its speed related , its more than likely the driveshaft , trans mount or diff but in some cases the actual transmission itself .
Let's not forget about the tires being balanced as well as what was mentioned above. 4th gear is getting up around the cruising speeds as well and you could have a vibration do to improper tire balancing or you may have slung some weights off. Start with the easy less expensive stuff before you get to the hard expensive stuff.
i can't imagine that the car was too terribly abused by the previous owner, seeing as how i bought it with only 11,706 miles on it (although i know that's not really a guarantee), and it's done it the entire time i've owned it (about 3.5 years)....and it has no problems going into/coming out of any gear while driving, either.
it's not a very bad vibration, more annoying than anything else

I have had that problem for 3 years, happened when I went to the 5.0 shifter.....same thing happened in my old stang too....only 4 gear at the top rpm's....i actually did a video the other day, i could hear it quite good.
