Default Question on Short stick!

Hey guys i just bought a pro 5.0 last night online and can't wait till it gets here. But i have a few questions. Is the Lou's short stick from afterthoughts worth the money? Also does anyone know where to find the MBA shift *****? If so am i looking to put a 2 1/4" or 2" threaded ball? also what is the difference between the ones with tails and the ones without?

The short stick will the shifting alot shorter from what I've read, and most people love the pro 5.0 LSS combo. Thunder Racing and the WS6 store have the MBA ***** As far as the tail is concerned I have no idea what the differace, is other than I see most of the auto guys use the one with the tail.

As far as the MBA ***** go; the ones with the "tail" taper down to the handle like a teardrop shape. The ones without are just round, like a Hurst "cueball" style, only they don't need a locknut to tighten them onto the handle.
