Clutch problems!!! Help quick

THe other day made a 500 mile trip in a 93 z28 6speed. THe problem is when the clutch is all the way in it makes some noises about like a light metal to metal sound. The car does not want to go in to gear it is like the clutch is not adjusted correct. When you take it and drive it the clutch holds fine like it is not sliping or anything. What could it be i was thanking it was the slave cylinder or the master not pushing it in all the way.

You prolly right + the throw out bearing sounds like it is thrashed.(noise when pushed in)

The noise when the clutch is pushed down definately sounds like a throwout bearing on its last bits of life...better start saving your money for a clutch change while you are in there.
