Default Proper bleeding technique?

I'm about to replace my entire driveline north of the driveshaft, including a fresh transmission, slave cylinder, pressure plate, disc, flywheel, and master cylinder.. I really only want to do this once, so I ponied up for what I HOPE is going to last...

McCleod Billet master (latest revision)
2002 GM slave
SPEC Stage IV clutch kit
New GM flywheel
Drilling the line once the stock stuff comes out

What method have you guys been using to bench bleed the hydraulics before putting everything in the car? Thanks guys Hopefully soon I'll be in style !!

I used this for the m/c and gravity bled the slave. Let me know if you want to borrow the mitivac.
