sticky clutch ??????

sticky clutch ?????? My 1999 camaro ss has a sticky clutch pedal, when I push in the clutch sometime when i let it out the pedal will stay in for a few sec and then come out not sure if its my clutch or just need some lub. This car has 35,000 mile and its the orginal clutch.
mine did that after a hard going through the gears it would stick and pedal pressure would decrease ALOT i replaced it and it solved it. if i were you id get a better clutch the stock ones really dont hold up to much. id change it to the LS7 if your going to drive it alot they are inexpensive and seem to work great for alot of people.
