Default New SPEC clutch installed w/ McCleod master

I wanted the adjustability just in case, so I opted for the billet master.. One quick question for folks who also have it -- do you have a ton of "dead" area at the top of the pedal travel?

I kept rebleeding the system thinking something was wrong -- to the point I removed the master and bench bled it again. The clutch operates just fine, I just have a bunch of dead pedal at the top of the travel. I adjusted the clutch interrupt switch all the way down to act like a ghetto pedal stop, which makes the pedal sit level with my brake pedal and takes up most of the slack. I actually like it sitting there, with the shorter travel.. Might fabricate a permanent stop if the clutch continues to operate well as-is.

BTW -- I put in the SPEC Stage IV, with a carbon non-sprung disc. I don't have but maybe 20 miles on it so far, but I'm incredibly pleased with the way the car drives. Make no mistake, the clutch grabs *right now* but you can still control the release. If you need to feather it out, that's not a problem. Chatter is very slight for an aggressive clutch, and my worries about daily driving it are GONE !! I'm crossing my fingers everything continues to work like it should...
