Do I have to bleed the slave ? When I put LS1 and 6 speed into my 67 I took the line out from the tranny to do drill mod. Now I bleed the master cylinder and pedal feels pretty hard. But I have noway to compare it how it should really feel. Do I Have to bleed the slave or there is no need for it.
I was going to bleed it anyway but seems like I can not put the 7/16 socket on the bleeder, looks like bleeder is like of center in the whole. Allso where the quick connect line goes slightly (simig)moves around is this normal?

Re: Do I have to bleed the slave ? start the car and pump the pedal, the pedal goes soft sometimes, if every thing is working properly then NO you don't have to. If you do need to bleed the slave use a 1/4 inch socket, it's tight but it will fit.
