Clutch question Please Help

Clutch question Please Help So i am sitting in my car motor on with the clutch in. I then hear this screching sound which i can best descibe as a slipping belt. I then let the clutch out in first, i get a weird feeling from the clutch pedal along with what it feels like as it stuck a little. I drove it home. This morning i drove it again and it didnt make noise but it was hard to get into first. I thought it was just the throughout bearing or pilot bearing but now that its hard to get into gear i am clueless. All help would be appreciated.
