Transmission Discussion/Help First let me state that I'm in Iraq and everytime I try and search on Tech the search times out on me. So I apologise before hand about my lack of searching abilities in regard to this subject if it comes up often.
I will be home within the next few weeks and I am trying to decide on a manual transmission. I am BOMBARDED with people asking me "Why not just get a glide/th400."
My set-up is a 408 with a F1A and Meth. Hoping for 800-1000hp.
What is the best six speed to get? I know six speed inc is a sponsor but I want to hear other opinions as I know there are a few out there.
What around did you pay? (you can pm me if you'd like)
What clutch did you use or suggest?
Also any horror stories with a company (you can pm me about that too)
I essentially want the best. But I drive my car to work and long cruises so streetability is an issue (but I don't want something that's gonna break every other month)

Guess I'm going with the GForce (talked with them yesterday and they're local Hershy PA) for the trans and Spec for the clutch.
