I'm going to have to recommend against getting a spec, there quality has gone to **** here in the recent past. Seen too many go to **** first hand to ever get one.

nah, the LS2 Flywheel wieghs quite a bit, but you cant beat it for the price, and factor in drivability and power...that is one killer deal. I think it would be great for your setup, im making a shade over 500RWHP and im gonna take a crack at that clutch as well, Ive heard a couple bad things, but most the reviws for it are positive. i say give it a crack. the loss of a couple HP with a heavier flywheel wont be noticable

Buy a new slave cylinder while you are at it. Your flywheell will also need a resurfacing as well. Do not cheap out on resurfacing the flywheel, it needs to be done or the clutch will not last long.

anything but spec .. just pulled a tranny out 5 times cause they told me at spec nothing could be wrong with the clutch i replaced the master and slave cylinders , fluid dot 4, new flywheel , shimmed the slave , and finally took some measurements the pressure plate was off .090 that almost an 1/8 inch.. then had to pay shipping back to them and wait two weeks for them to check it and send me a new one.. they still said maybe something happened in shipping... yea right the steel grow in shipping ... haha

You will hear bad **** about every aftermarket clutch out there. Most of the problems come from a bad install and bad driving habits. Sometimes yeah of course there are manufactuer defects, but not most of the time. You cant slip any aftermarket high power clutch like you can a stocker and expect it to live as long as a stocker.

You are right Brad
I have a Spec Stage 3, it doesn't slip, but chatters when you take off from a stop sign.
It is OK for racing, but crap for the street. They are way overpriced.
