Default Transmission clunk

I have a rebuilt trans from t56 rebuilds. I have recently heard a loud clunk twice. Once I was driving at about 30mph and I heard the noise I think while switching gears. Both, the passenger and I thought that maybe we hit something. The car continued to drive fine. Today, I was in nuetral and sitting still. Just before going into reverse the noise occured again. Any suggestions.

does it clunk right at you start to move? I had something very similar happen, it ended up being the TA mount was loose on the tranny. Also make sure you trans mount is tight.

I was thinking either mounts or or check the flywheel bolts.
